Artix, India’s Pioneering Hotel Art Fair returns to the national capital at the Claridges Hotel New Delhi
“Driven by boundless artistic ability and commitment, Artix serves as a platform for expressive artistic endeavours and unlimited vision that transcends all boundaries and offers an exceptional journey that enables art enthusiasts, connoisseurs, and collectors to navigate the depths of art and its verticals.” ~Artix
For four years Artix has been a unique art exhibition, being India’s “first hotel art fair.” What this entails, is a pioneering partnership between artists, galleries, collectors and hotels, including both the visitors and residents. By transforming every hotel room into an art salon, showcasing every painting, sculpture, textile and jewellery in a way that anyone can see how it actually looks in a room, Artix serves the perfect blend for both art and design enthusiasts. Two of the three Artix fairs so far have taken place in Delhi, and the second one has taken place in Hyderabad.
The event will also contain insightful sessions over the course of its two day runtime, and will feature works of art, textiles, jewellery and accessories. It has partnered with galleries such as Ashvita’s, Art Nouveau and Centre for Culture And Art, and brands specialising in fashion and textiles such as Tarina and Dharki. It will also feature jewellery and accessories brands such as Lotus Art De Vivre and Baroque by Samiksha Chawdhary, and upcoming independent artists such as Bahaar Dhawan Rohatgi and Shruti Gupta Kasana and Aanchal Garg.
Artix was co-founded by Malvika Poddar and Payal Kapoor, and they along with Sethu Vaidyanathan are carrying this edition forward.
“Artix 4.0 is more than just an exhibition; it’s a unique, more intimate and immersive idea in the art world. This season, we’re infusing new energy and fresh appeal to brighten the artistic tapestry and cultivate a new generation of art enthusiasts and collectors. At Artix, we celebrate all forms of art and create a dynamic platform that connects the entire art fraternity, transcending traditional boundaries.” ~Payal Kapoor, Malvika Poddar and Sethu Vaidyanathan
