The Nike x NorBlack NorWhite collection features women’s sportswear incorporating bandhani, a centuries-old Indian tie-dye technique. The line includes:

  • Footwear: Four silhouettes – Air Max Craze, Motiva, Pegasus 41, and Calm slide

Brand Background

NorBlack NorWhite was founded by Mriga Kapadiya and Amrit Kumar, who moved to India in 2009 to collaborate with artisan communities, particularly in Gujarat’s Kutch region. The brand has built a following for its technicolor aesthetic and handcrafted luxury rooted in Indian textile traditions over 15 years.

Campaign and Availability

The collection is promoted through a campaign featuring Indian sportswomen including wrestler Anshu Malik, sprinter Priya Mohan, and cricketers Jemimah Rodrigues and Shafali Verma. Photography was shot by Bharat Sikka in Jaipur’s stepwells.

The Nike x NorBlack NorWhite collection has launched globally on June 11 at nike.com and select Nike stores, marking Nike’s commitment to celebrating Indian craftsmanship and culture through performance sportswear.
