India Design ID Delhi 2026, the 14th edition of India’s premier design week, runs from February 19-22 at NSIC Grounds, Okhla, drawing over 125,000 visitors to explore “The Age of Design Syncretism”—blending heritage, modernity, craft, and technology.
Held annually in February, India Design ID showcases over 150 Indian and international brands in furniture, lighting, decor, and installations, alongside talks and awards. This year’s theme emphasizes fluid dialogues between local-global perspectives and tradition-innovation, with new Indo-French collaborations and sensory experiences like gourmet zones.
1. ID Exhibit Pavilions
Wander through 150+ exhibitors in curated sections like Experience & Editions, ID Collectible, and Outdoor Installations, featuring bespoke furniture, sustainable materials, and immersive room sets from brands like GUBI and Stanley Lifestyles. Don’t miss debuts in textiles, metalwork, and smart home innovations that bridge craft and tech.
2. French Art de Vivre Pavilion
France takes center stage as Country of Honour in its second edition pavilion, partnering with Business France to highlight contemporary craftsmanship, sustainability, and “Art de Vivre” aesthetics in design legacy. Expect Indo-French dialogues through exclusive showcases of luxury furniture and decor.
3. ID Symposium Talks
Over 40 global icons, including Mateo Kries, India Mahdavi, Sebastian Herkner, Tarun Tahiliani, and Iram Sultan, lead panels on design thinking, cultural influences, and future trends across four days. Sessions like “Heritage Reimagined” and “Crafted Emotions” promise provocative insights into syncretic practices.
4. Design, Tomorrow Project
Curated by Fair Director Misha Bains, this special exhibit spotlights emerging Indian studios via “The New Guard” and material innovations in sustainability, luxury, and function—foreshadowing design’s next wave. It includes experimental works in furniture, lighting, and textiles from young talents.
5. ID Honours Awards
Celebrate 32 standout architecture, interior, and product design projects from across India, with winners like Rajiv Saini + Associates and kaviar:collaborative recognized for cutting-edge excellence. This curated overview maps the nation’s boldest creative achievements.
